This song 'Pound the Alarm' is very much a combination of Pop music and Dance music. The video very much reflect a performance based video.

This is his very first song of his album 'Contrast' and is very much a dance kind of track which makes the song more catchy and draws the attention to his music and the genre more.

This music video very much represents the a dance track mixed with the pop genre, the video is vibrant in colour very much reflecting the upbeat song.
